How do the monthly Sugar Rest plans work?
Each month, you’ll receive a box of your products, tailored for the plan you’ve chosen. Your subscription is automatically renewed each month, but you can pause or cancel anytime.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel or pause at any time from your account. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle – no tricks, we promise.
How do I access the events or content?
Links are sent straight to your email before each event. Make sure your address is correct, or your content might get lost along the way.
Can I change flavours from month to month?
Yes! You can switch your flavour anytime from your account before the next billing cycle. Change it up and keep things exciting!
Can I access or manage my account?
Yes! You can log in anytime to view your subscription, update your email, change your password, or manage your billing details.
Can I add other products to my order that aren’t available on subscription?
Definitely. Extra products can be added anytime. Just update your order in your account, and we’ll include them in your next delivery.
I am pregnant – which products should I avoid?
For safety, we don’t recommend products containing mushrooms (like Chocolate Pistachio) or Koffee blends, as these haven’t been tested for pregnant women. All other products are generally safe, but always check with your healthcare provider.
Why are only some products available for subscription?
Some items are special editions, limited stock, or too magical to be delivered regularly. We choose the ones that work best for recurring delivery to keep your subscription enchanting.
What if I go on holidays?
No worries! You can pause your subscription for a month or two while you’re away. Your products will be waiting for you when you return.
My payment failed – what should I do?
Double-check your card details and balance. If it still fails, contact your bank or our support team.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All payments are securely handled by Shopify.
