So it turns out that chocolate doesn’t love heat. Who knew!? 

But many people love to have a healthy low sugar snack by their side, especially during summer 👙 

So we will continue to ship chocolate during summer under the following conditions.

The vast majority of packages arrive in perfect condition, below is what we can both do to ensure that they do! 

⬇️ WHAT WE WILL DO

❄️ COOL PACKAGING
We will ship chocolate orders with cool packs at no extra cost. These keep the packaging cool for 2-3 days and usually withstand heat up to 28 degrees. For international orders, we recommend choosing express postage if you are experiencing heat.

📦 CHOCOLATE ORDERS SHIPPED MON - WED
Until the end of summer, we will ship all chocolate orders Monday - Wednesday. We will not send them on Thursday or Friday to avoid prolonged exposure to heat. If temperatures are 30°C+ where we send them out, we will hold orders until it cools and notify you.

⬇️ WHAT YOU CAN DO

🥵 TEMPERATURE AT DESTINATION
Please ensure you are not ordering chocolate to a place with temperatures over 30°C. We cannot refund melted chocolate if your destination is too hot.

🌞 PACKAGES LEFT IN THE SUN
If your packages are usually left in the sun, leave a note for the post person to avoid this. We suggest delivering to an address where someone can receive the parcel.

🫠 WHAT TO DO IF MELTED
If your chocolates arrive melted, refrigerate them for 24 hours. They won’t look perfect but will be just as delicious! As they are vegan, there are no health issues with melting and re-setting.

🍫 HOW TO STORE CHOCOLATES IN SUMMER
Store in a cool, dark place or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Beyond that, the fridge will start to dry them out, so avoid keeping them in the fridge too long.

The time it takes to get to you is the order preparation time + delivery time.
