So we’ll continue shipping chocolate during summer under the conditions below. The vast majority of orders arrive perfectly, and these steps help keep them that way ⬇️

For summer orders within France containing chocolate, please select Chronofresh shipping at checkout.

We cannot guarentee safe delivery of your chocolate if standard shipping is selected.

COOL PACKAGING

During warmer months, all chocolate orders are shipped with cool packs at no extra cost. They help keep products cool for 2-3 days and are generally effective up to around 27°C.

For international orders, we strongly recommend choosing express shipping during hot weather.

CHOCOLATE ORDERS SHIPPED MONDAY - WEDNESDAY

During summer, chocolate orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday only. We avoid Thursday and Friday dispatches to reduce prolonged exposure to heat over weekends.

If temperatures exceed 30°C at dispatch, we may temporarily hold your order until conditions improve and will notify you by email.

WHAT YOU CAN DO ☀️

CHECK DESTINATION TEMPERATURES

Please avoid ordering chocolate to destinations above 27°C. Unfortunately, we cannot refund melted products due to high temperatures at destination.

AVOID SUN EXPOSURE

If parcels are usually left in direct sunlight, please leave delivery instructions for your courier where possible.

For best freshness, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the parcel upon delivery.

IF YOUR CHOCOLATE ARRIVES MELTED 🫠

Simply place your chocolates in the fridge for 24 hours. They may not look perfect afterward, but they’ll still taste just as delicious.

SUMMER STORAGE 🍫

Store in a cool, dry place or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Longer refrigeration may start to dry out the chocolate, so we recommend not storing them chilled for extended periods.
