It was one sugar crash that started it all
Bonjour, I’m Monique.
I moved from Australia to Paris 15 years ago and quickly developed a serious sugar habit: glucose spikes, energy crashes, digestive issues, the lot.
So I went looking for something "healthier" - protein bars, low-sugar snacks. But the moment I turned the pack over, it was the same story every time: artificial sweeteners, fillers, emulsifiers. Ultra-processed food dressed up as health food.
So I created Cosmic Dealer.
We're on a mission to take the addictive and artificial out of our food system and bring things back into cosmic balance.
What we make
Our signature Chocolate Chakras are indulgent nut butter chocolate squares inspired by plants, pleasure and ritual.
We sweeten with dates instead of refined sugar, inulin or sugar alcohols. The result: 80% less sugar than comparable bars, ingredients you recognise and indulgence that’s genuinely satisfying. One square goes a long way.
Alongside our chocolates, Herbal Koffee is our caffeine-free take on the coffee ritual - roasted roots, herbs, mushrooms and spices.
