Why is it limited to 150 people?
We’re opening subscriptions to just 150 founding members for this first launch.
Our handmade, premium chocolate is crafted in small batches — and we want to make sure we can reserve them for you.
We also want to give each member the attention and support they deserve during the Sugar Reset program.
Subscriptions will reopen in limited intervals throughout the year as our production capacity grows.
What is the Sugar Reset Program?
The Monthly Sugar Reset is more than a subscription. We’re building a movement around sugar reduction, clean pleasure and mindful indulgence — breaking up with ultra-processed habits.
The Reset is about reclaiming daily rituals of pleasure and reward that have long been tied to high sugar and industrial snacks.
Here, indulgence isn’t about restriction, but about redefining what feels good for your body — in the moment and in the long run.
Once you receive your Cosmic products you will receive an email from us kicking off the Reset. We have constructed the program to help you reduce your intake to under 25g of added sugar per day.
It includes actionable tips, advise and knowledge to arm yourself with the tools to go up against Big Food and sugar addiction.

How does the subscription work?
Choose your favorite chocolate, Koffee, or cacao to subscribe to. Your first order is 15% off (limited time only), and every order after that is 10% off automatically. No minimum commitment — you’re always in control.
What are the free gifts I get?
Along your subscription journey, we’ll surprise you with gifts from our brand and partner brands to make your monthly bundle even more joyful.
You’ll usually get a heads-up before your next delivery — sometimes we’ll reveal the gift, other times we’ll keep it a mystery!
When will my subscription orders ship?
Your first order will ship after you complete your purchase. Subsequent orders will then ship once per month. You’ll see your next delivery date in your account portal, and you’ll also get an email reminder before each shipment.
What if I’m on holiday?
Simply skip that delivery or send it to a friend instead — it’s up to you.
During Summer if it's too hot to ship out chocolate, we will automatically pause subscriptions and let you know.
Why aren't all products available on subscription?
We've focused on our bestellers for our subscription service — but you can add any of our other products to your subscription delivery as a one-time purchase.
On your first purchase just simply add them to your cart as one-time purchases alongside subscription items. For subsequent deliveries, you can add them from your customer portal.
Do one-time add-ons get the subscription discount?
Discounts apply to subscription products only.
Can I combine discount codes to the Subscription discount?
Subscription products are already discounted (15% off for a limited time, then 10% off ongoing), so additional promo codes usually can’t be stacked.
Can I change my shipping address or payment method?
Yes, anytime in your account portal. Just make sure updates are done before your next billing date.
Do I pay shipping on subscription orders?
Free shipping thresholds apply to subscription, to check when Free Shipping applies in your region, see our Shipping page.
Standard shipping rates apply unless stated otherwise in a promotion.

What if a product is out of stock?
If a subscribed item is unavailable, we’ll notify you right away. You can swap to another flavor, pause your delivery, or wait until it’s back.
