So, what are they exactly?

Doshas are forces of energy, that are made up of combinations of the natural elements: air, ether (space), fire, water and earth.

These forces of energy, are present everywhere: in the natural cycles of the day, in the seasons, in the cycles of our lives...as well as internally, in our bodies and minds.

"THEY ALL SOUND LIKE ME"

Recognise a bit of yourself in each one? All good, that's normal. We each have the three doshas in all of us, but to varying degrees.

Your Prakriti : the dominant dosha you are born with. Your natural state.
Your Vikriti: any doshic imbalances you are currently experiencing. Because of your lifestyle, the season, your age etc.
